Prices & payment
How much does a website cost?
Each package has a one-off set-up fee and a monthly fee: Starter £395 set-up then £19 a month, Business £795 set-up then £35 a month, Plus £1,295 set-up then £69 a month. All prices are plus VAT. Compare the packages.
Do you have any discounts?
We run offers from time to time. Look out for them on our homepage and on Instagram, and mention the code when you get in touch. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before any work you pay for begins.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. We build you a private preview first. You pay the rest of the set-up fee only once you're happy with it, and if you decide not to go ahead after seeing your preview, you don't pay for it.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, the security padlock (SSL) and your domain renewal. On the Plus package it also covers monthly updates to your offers, menus and events and a monthly results report.
Can you quote for an app, a bigger platform or marketing?
Yes. Apps, larger platforms, marketing and other services are quoted first, and asking for a quote is free. Ask for a quote.
Domains & email
Who owns my domain?
You do. Domains we register for clients belong to the client's business. If you stop using our service, we transfer the domain to you.
Can I keep a domain I already have?
Yes. We can connect a domain you already own to your new website, so customers keep finding you at the same address.
Do I get a business email address?
The Business and Plus packages include business email set-up with one mailbox, such as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk.
Contracts & cancelling
Is there a contract?
Yes, a simple one. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term. Every client also receives a written agreement covering the work, payment, changes and cancellation before their site goes live, so you know exactly where you stand.
Can I cancel the monthly fee?
Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term. After that they continue month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you leave, your domain is transferred to you.
Can I change package later?
Yes. Talk to us and we'll move you to the package that fits, and confirm any change in price in writing first.
Working with us
How long does a website take?
It depends on the package and how quickly we get your details, photos and prices. We agree a timeline in your proposal before we start.
How do I follow my project?
Every client gets a private, secure portal to follow progress, send requests and view invoices, any time, from any device.
Do you only work with Leicester businesses?
We're based in Leicester and know the local business community well, but we work with businesses across the UK.
